Indeed, their favorite name in this group is Britain’s Great Portland Estates, a real estate investment trust whose net asset value they expect to deliver double-digit growth, driven by strong London office rental expansion and above-average development gains. Gysens and his colleagues advised clients to overweight Great Portland throughout 2013 — the stock bolted 24.4 percent last year, to 599 pence, beating the sector by 18.4 percentage points — and they maintain high conviction that it will outperform again in 2014, pegging their target price at 680p. |
