RBS Appoints GTS Unit Chief

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has named Scott Barton as CEO of the global transaction services unit.

    Royal Bank of Scotland(RBS) has namedScott Bartonas CEO of the global transaction services (GTS) unit,Finextrareports. Barton will work underChris Sullivan, CEO of the corporate banking division.

    Barton will work withBrian Stevenson, Chairman of GTS. Prior to this, Barton was CEO of the RBS large corporate division. Additionally,Richard Hemsleywill be named as the GTS COO, reporting to Barton.
