AMB, ProLogis In Merger Talks

U.S. warehouse company,AMB Property, is in potential merger discussions with Colorado-based distribution facilities provider,ProLogis,The Wall Street Journalreports. The financial terms of the proposed deal were not disclosed.

The combined entity will be based in California and initially have two CEOs, ProLogis chief,WalterRakowich和AMB首席HamidMoghadam. The two companies have a combined market capitalization of $13.9 billion.
