BP Scheme Names Pension Provider

The new Dutch pension fund of energy company,BP, has appointedSyntrus Achmeaas its provider,IPEreports. TheStichting Pensioenfonds BPis part of the merger of theBP Refineryscheme in Rotterdam with theBP Netherlandspension plan on January 1.

Syntrus Achmea has been managing pension administration at the refinery scheme since 2006, while BP Netherlands had awarded its administration mandate to BlueSky Group. The new scheme is also finalizing details withBlackRock,AXAandBNP Paribasas its new asset managers.
