JP Morgan PE Appoints Co-Manager

JP Morgan Private Equity(JPEL) has appointedJP Morgan Asset Management(JPMAM) as its co-manager,Stock Market Wirereports. The move reflects the hiring of the legal entity which employs the London-based members of the JPEL team.

JPMAM would be replacing the firm’s existing co-manager,Bear Stearns Asset Management. JP Morgan has been hired on the same material terms as contained in the existing investment management agreement.
