Lloyds Plans £100M Property Assets Sale

Lloyds Banking Group is planning to sell a mixed portfolio of property assets valued at around £100 million.

    Lloyds Banking Groupis planning to sell a mixed portfolio of property assets valued at around £100 million,金融时报》reports. The U.K. lender’s portfolio comprises of assets ranging across offices, retail and industrial property.

    The London-based firm is likely to hire property consultant,Jones Lang LaSalle, to review options for the portfolio. Lloyds has over £60 billion of commercial property loans in its books.
