Forex International Buys Triple 8 Stake

Forex International Tradinghas acquired a 44.9% stake inTriple 8. As part of the transaction, Forex International has also restructured its capitalization and completed a private placement on Jan. 5, 2011.

Forex International Trading offers web-based foreign currency trading platform to professionals and retail clients. Cypress-based Triple 8 ownsUFX, which operates an advanced online trading platform for Forex markets to non-U.S. residents.
