Renova Eneergia has secured a credit facilities worth $543 million.
Renova Eneergiahas secured a credit facilities worth $543 million,The Wall Street Journalreports. The loan obtained by the U.S. ethanol production, distribution and marketing firm will be used to build 294 megawatts of wind-power plants in the Latin American country.Brazilian development banks,BNDESandBanco do Nordeste,were the lead arrangers of the credit facility. The wind-power parks are expected to be operational by 2012 and will use generators built byGeneral Electric.
