Nomura has appointed Piero Novelli as its new head of global mergers and acquisitions.
Nomurahas appointedPiero Novellias its new head of global mergers and acquisitions (M&A),Mondovisionereports. He will join the Japanese bank fromUBS, where he held the same position.
Based in London, Novelli will work alongside global co-head of M&A,Kentaro Okuda。Novelli将also be a member of the investment banking executive committee and will report to joint heads of investment banking,William VerekerandHiroyuki Suzuki。
