Russell Investments has entered an agreement to acquire investment advisor and ETF provider, U.S. One. The U.S. financial services firm has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.

As part of the agreement, the president of U.S. One, Paul Hrabal, will work with Russell as a consultant for the ETF business. The acquisition follows the launch of theRussell High Dividend Australian Shares ETFlast year.
