Goldman Names Economic Research Heads
Goldman Sachs has promoted Jan Hatzius and Dominic Wilson to manage its global economics research division.
Goldman Sachshas promotedJan HatziusandDominic Wilsonto manage its global economics research division,Bloombergreports. Hatzius has been appointed as economist, while Wilson as chief markets economist.
The duo will run economics, commodities and strategies research in the Americas, whileJeffCurrieandPeterOppenheimerwill be responsible for Europe. Hatzius and Wilson will replaceJim O’Neill, who served as head of global economics, commodities and strategy research until becoming Chairman ofGoldman Sachs Asset Management.
