Highbridge Adds Principal Strategy Head
Highbridge Capital has appointed Serge Adam as head of its principal strategies division.

In his new role, Adams will co-head Highbridge’s principal strategies division withScott Kapnick, the former co-head of investment banking atGoldman Sachs. Previously, Adam was head ofSandell Asset Management’s credit fund.
