The analysts upgraded UBS from neutral to overweight last February, at Sf14.35, citing the Zurich-based bank’s strong capital reserves and improving earnings, among other factors. The stock climbed 7 percent through late December, to Sf15.35, and outpaced the sector by 17.3 percentage points since the upgrade.
