Shell Gets Nod To Buy Brazil Fuel Biz

Dutch oil company, Royal Dutch Shell, has won Brazil’s antitrust regulator approval.

    Dutch oil company,Royal Dutch Shell,赢得了巴西反垄断监管机构的批准,Bloombergreports. The Hague-based company is seeking to acquire an airline- fuel business fromCosan Industria & Comercio.

    As per the approval, Shell will be required to sell physical assets ofJacta Participacoesbefore full approval is granted. Shell acquired Jacta Participacoes from Barra Bonita-based Cosan in 2009.
