    Qatar is interested in acquiring a stake in the U.K.’s part-nationalized banks, Financial Timesreports. The Qatari Prime Minister said he is open to investing in theRoyal Bank of Scotland(RBS) orLloyds Banking Group.

    TheU.K. Financial Investments, which manages the government’s stakes in RBS and Lloyds, has been in talks with sovereign wealth funds. The卡塔尔投资局invested $30 billion during the financial crisis in banks, includingCredit SuisseandBarclays.
