Novia Appoints Ex-Skandia Director
Novia has named Dave Chessell as regional sales manager for London and the South East.

Formerly, Chessell was serving as U.K. sales director atSkandia, which he joined in 1994. Chessell was made redundant by Skandia as part of its sales restructure in October 2009.
