St Joe Company’s board has appointed Bruce Berkowitz, head of Fairholme Funds, as its Chairman.

    The Florida-based firm has also appointedCarnival’s COO,Howard Frankand former Florida Governor,Charles Cristto its board. St Joe is seeking a new CEO and has named former Chairman,Hugh Durden, as its acting CEO.
