Helen Weir, head of retail banking, and Archie Kane, head of insurance at Lloyds Banking Group, are resigning from their respective roles.

Weir will be replaced byJoy Griffiths, head of Lloyds retail banking, andDavid Nicholson, her counterpart atHalifax. Separately, the bank has appointedJohn Maltby, head of commercial banking, as a new head of small and medium enterprise banking.
