Ex-JP Morgan Banker Joins UBS
UBS has appointed Riyad Shahjahan as managing director in mergers and acquisitions.
UBShas appointedRiyad Shahjahanas managing director in mergers and acquisitions,Reutersreports. In his new role, the formerJPMorgan Chasebankerwill be responsible for focusing on the bank’s technology clients.
Shahjahan will be reporting to Americas head of M&A,Cary Kochman. UBS had hiredMark ZanoliofJP Morganas technology investment banking head for the Americas in July 2010.
