Chicago Fund Seeks Equities Managers

Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fundis seeking to appoint two emerging active domestic midcap equity managers to run $11 million each,Pensions & Investmentsreports. The system is also searching for an emerging manager to manage $17 million in active domestic midcap growth equities.

The funding for the mandates has not been determined, although part of the money will come from overweight asset classes in the fund’s overall portfolio. The proposals are due on April 4.
