Russell Files To Launch 18 ETFs

Russell Investments has filed with regulators to launch 18 new ETFs.

    Russell Investmentshas filed with regulators to launch 18 new ETFs,Index Universereports. Russell will useUS One’s exemptive relief status to launch the new ETFs, which include funds it previously filed for as well as five others.

    The proposed funds will track Russell indexes, including large- and small-cap indexes, theRussell 1000and theRussell 2000. The ETFs include theRussell 2000 Low Beta ETF,Russell 2000 High Volatility ETFand theRussell 2000 High Momentum ETF.
