Poland’s Treasury Ministry is selling an 11.9% stake in power group, Tauron Polska Energia.

    Poland’s Treasury Ministry is selling an 11.9% stake in power group,Tauron Polska Energia,The Wall Street Journalreports. The stake is valued at $465 million.

    The sale is being managed byCredit Suisse,INGandUnicredit. Poland currently owns 41% of Tauron, a component of Warsaw’s blue-chipWIG20index.
