TD Ameritrade Hires Operating Chief

TD Ameritrade Holding has appointed Marvin Adams as its COO, effective April 2011.

    TD Ameritrade Holdinghas appointedMarvin Adamsas its COO, effective April 2011. In his new role, he will head all IT and operations functions, including systems development, data centers and infrastructure, networks, and operations.

    Most recently, he served as the executive vice president of shared services forTIAA-CREF. Prior to that, Adams has also served atFidelity Investments,Citigroup,Bank One,Ford MotorandXerox.
