Angola Sells $100M In Forex Auction

Angola’s central bank has sold $100 million at a foreign-currency auction,Bloombergreports.Banco Nacional de Angolahas so far sold around $3.2 billion foreign-currency to commercial banks in 2011.

The Luanda-based lender sold around $11.6 billion in forex to banks last year. Banco Nacional de Angola will also specify conditions under which commercial banks can give loans in dollars.
