Atlantic Equities Buys Execution Noble

Atlantic Equities, a provider of U.S. stock research and trading, has purchased New York-based brokerage,Execution Noble,Bloombergreports. The merged company will keep London-based Atlantic’s name and provide research and trading services in both the U.S. and the U.K.

Execution Noble’sGary Cunninghamwill be a managing partner of the new company. Atlantic has 32 employees in the U.K., while Execution has nine in the U.S. Execution Noble was formerly a unit ofExecution Noble Limited, a London-based brokerage that was acquired last year by Portugal’sBanco Espirito Santo.
