Credit Suisse Group has appointed Neil Carragher and Steven Pierson to jointly manage investment banking for financial institutions in the Americas.

Carragher, who specializes in advising banks, joined fromMorgan Stanleyin 2006. Pierson, whose clients includeBank of New York Mellon,State StreetandBlackRock, joined Credit Suisse in 2007 fromPutnam Lovell.
