LGIM Hires Ex-Gartmore Manager

Legal & General Investment Management(LGIM) has named Sacha Sadan as director of corporate governance,Global Fund Wirereports. He is expected to join LGIM on June 6, 2011 and will work undertheCEO.

In his new role, he will leadthecorporate governance specialist teamand expand the activities of building the international investment business. Most recently, Sadan was working with Gartmore as senior U.K. equity fund manager and co-managed a range of U.K. equity hedge, retail and institutional funds.
