Flint Sells Prysmian Stake For €234M
Flint Investments has sold a stake in Italian cable maker, Prysmian, for €234 million.
Flint Investmentshas sold a stake in Italian cable maker,Prysmian, for €234 million,The Wall Street Journalreports. The 7.4% stake, held by Flint, was sold byUniCreditto institutional investors.
Flint received the shares earlier this year, when it sold Dutch cable maker,Draka, to Prysmian for €900 million, addsReuters. Flint, the largest shareholder in Draka, tendered its 48.5% stake, and became Prysmian’s largest shareholder.
