Henderson May Float EM Currency Fund

Henderson Global Investorsis planning to unveil an emerging market currency fund,Citywirereports. The new fund will be managed by the group’s Amsterdam-based currency team, led byBob Arends.

The team currently runs theHenderson Horizon Global Currencyfund, comprising a 70% allocation to G10 currencies and 30% to emerging market currencies. The firm has an opportunity set of 19 emerging market currencies, but does not invest in over eight emerging market currencies at any one time.
