BlackRock Adds BofA Banker To Board
BlackRock has appointed Thomas Montag as a member of its board of directors.
BlackRockhas appointedThomasMontagas a member of its board of directors. Montag is currently head of global banking and markets atBank of America. He was previously executive vice president and head of global sales and trading atMerrill Lynchand has also worked withGoldman Sachs.
Sallie Krawcheck, BofA’s head of global wealth and investment management, andMark Linsz, corporate treasurer, have stepped down from BlackRock’s board. BlackRock’s board of directors now has 18 members.
