ING U.S. Retirement Hires Valuation Head

ING U.S. Retirement Serviceshas appointedDwayne McGrawas head of valuation,Pensions & Investmentsreports. McGraw’s duties will include overseeing the calculation of reserves, producing financial statements, completing rating agency surveys, internal and external valuation audits and systematic reporting to regulators.

In his new role, he will work underLisa Thomas, chief insurance risk officer for ING U.S. Retirement Services. McGraw will succeedScott Shepherd, who is shifting to an investment role within ING. Prior to this, McGraw was supervising actuary of life insurance atGenworth Financial.
