Goodrich Pays €330M For Microtecnica

Goodrich will acquire Italian flight-control systems maker, Microtecnica.

    Goodrichwill acquire Italian flight-control systems maker,Microtecnica,Bloombergreports. The U.S. aerospace manufacturing company will pay €330 million to European private equity firm,Stirling Square Capital Partners, for the acquisition, addsReuters.

    After the completion of the deal, Turin-based Microtecnica will become part of Goodrich’s Actuation and Landing Systems segment. Microtecnica’s customers includeAgustaWestland,Alenia,HamiltonSundstrand,Avio,BombardierandEurocopter.
