Global securities lending agent, eSecLending, has appointed Paul Lynch as COO, effective April 25, 2011.

    Global securities lending agent,eSecLending, has appointedPaul Lynchas COO, effective April 25, 2011. Lynch has most recently served as senior managing director atPremier Global Securities Lending(PGSL).

    Before PGSL, Lynch was a senior managing director and head of global trading and risk management atState Streetin the securities finance division. Prior to State Street, Lynch held a variety of roles atMellon Trust,CoopersandLybrandand忠诚.
