Legal & General Property (LGP) has launched a new property portfolio, theHybrid Property Fund. It has rolled out the new product in partnership with Legal & General Investment Management.

The fund offers defined contribution pension schemes a option to invest in property funds, while managing volatility and liquidity. Around 70% of the fund will be invested in LGPs U.K. balanced fund and the remaining will be placed intoLGIMs Global REITs Index Tracker Fund, addsCitywire.
