Bharti Airtel intends to raise $750 million to $1 billion via a global bond issue.
Bharti Airtelintends to raise $750 million to $1 billion via a global bond issue,Economic Times. The company intends to use the proceeds to complete its Africa debt and fund expansion.
The issue will be in the form of debentures and have tenure of 10 years. The proposal will be put up before the Indian telecom company’s board on May 4, 2011.
