Correlix has raised a total of $9 million in its third round of financing from current shareholders,Globesreports. The financing comprises $3.5 million by converting owners’ loans into equity.

The 4.6% stake of the shareholder, Xenia Venture Capital, in the company has been valued at $5.8 million. The e-solutions start-up earlier raised $13 million from Genesis Partners, Sequoia Capital, Xenia, Blumberg Capital and Vernon & Park Capital.
