Indonesia’s state-owned PT Pertamina is seeking an amendment on its $400 million credit facility.
Indonesia’s state-ownedPT Pertamina(Persero) is seeking an amendment on its $400 million credit facility,Reutersreports. The initial three-year loan matures in 2012 and the borrower is now seeking a five-year tenor from the amendment effective date.
Citiserved as the coordinator in the transaction.ANZ,Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ,BNP Paribas,联昌国际银行,HSBC,Natixis,OCBC, including eight other banks participated in the deal. The 2009 loan was increased from an initial target of $300 million after being oversubscribed more than two times.
