Pemex Raises $1.25B In Debt Issue

Petroleos Mexicanos has raised $1.25 billion in a debt offering.

    Petroleos Mexicanos(Pemex) has raised $1.25 billion in a debt offering,The Wall Street Journalreports. The Mexican state-owned oil company sold 30 year dollar securities.

    The notes issued by Pemex are scheduled to mature in 2041. The company appointedGoldman Sachs,JPMorgan ChaseandRoyal Bank of Scotlandto manage the offering, addsBloomberg.
