Russell Investments has rolled out a new index-based exchange-traded fund .
Russell Investmentshas rolled out a new index-based exchange-traded fund (ETF),ETF Daily Newsreports. TheRussell 2000 High Beta ETFwill track theRussell-Axioma U.S. Small Cap High Beta Index.
The index is designed to deliver exposure to large cap U.S. stocks.Russell Investment Managementhas been appointed as the investment adviser for the vehicle.
