WP Carey Buys $86M Storage Facilities

WP Carey & Company REIT affiliate CPA:17 Global has purchased a portfolio of self storage facilities.

    WP Carey & Company’sREIT affiliateCPA:17 – Globalhas purchased a portfolio of self storage facilities, GlobeSt reports.A-American Self Storagesold the 24 properties for about $86 million.

    Reed Smithacted as advisor to WP Carey on the deal, adds GlobeSt. The portfolio consists of 18 properties in California, one in Hawaii and five in Illinois.
