Signa Group and Centrum Group have partnered to buy two retail properties in Munich for about €250 million.

The consortium, consisting ofGoldman Sachs’Whitehall Funds,德意志银行(Deutsche Bank)’sRREEFfunds,Prelios,Generaliand theBorletti Group, is selling theKarstadt OberpollingerandKarstadt Sportsshop.
The deal may close in the third quarter of 2011.Bank Bayerische Landesbankhas offered to finance the Karstadt Sports shop deal, while aEurohypo-led bank consortium is financing the Oberpollinger transaction.
