HK Bourse Names Listing Committee Members
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has nominated members of its Listing Committee of the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market.
TheStock Exchange of Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary ofHong Kong Exchanges and Clearing(HKEx), has nominated members of its Listing Committee of the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market.Tobias Brown,Stephen TaylorandWang Singhave been added to the committee.
They will succeedRoy Chen,Jack ChowandStephen Hunt. The members of the nominating committee included three non-executive members of the HKEx Board, along with the Chairman and two executive directors of theSecurities and Futures Commission.
