BarCap Appoints Australia, NZ CEO
Barclays Bank’s investment banking unit Barclays Capital has named Cynthia Whelan as CEO of its Australian and New Zealand operations.

Based in Sydney, she will work under the bank’s Chairman and CEO for Asia PacificRobert Morrice, addsFinanceAsia. Whelan will continue to serve as head of investment banking for Australia and New Zealand.
