Monex Buys TradeStation For $402M
Monex Group has acquired TradeStation Group for about $402 million.
Monex Grouphas acquiredTradeStation Groupfor about $402 million. The acquisition was followed by a short-form merger of Monex’s subsidiaryFelix 2011 Acquisition Subwith TradeStation.
The shares of TradeStation common stock held by the remaining shareholders have been cancelled and converted into the right to receive the same $9.75 per share price. TradeStation shares will be delisted from theNASDAQ Global Select Market.
