NASDAQ OMX Armenia Names New CEO

NASDAQ OMX Armeniahas namedKaren Zakaryanas its new CEO. He previously held the position of deputy CEO of theArmenian Stock ExchangeSelf-Regulatory Organizationfrom 2002.

Post its acquisition of the company byNASDAQ OMX, Zakaryan was re-appointed in the position of Deputy CEO. He also headed the market services department of the exchange as well as business development department of both the exchange and depository.
