Fannie Mae Names Finance Chief

Fannie Mae has hired Susan McFarland as executive vice president and CFO.

    Fannie Maehas hiredSusan McFarlandas executive vice president and CFO. She will work under president and CEOMichael Williamsand also serve on the mortgage insurer’s executive committee.

    Prior to this, McFarland worked withCapital One Financialas executive vice president, finance and principal accounting officer. The appointment will be effective from July 11, 2011.
