Vodafone Ghana Gets $115M IFC Loan

Vodafone Ghana has secured a $115 million loan from World Bank’s International Finance Corporation.

    Vodafone Ghanahas secured a $115 million loan fromWorld Bank’sInternational Finance Corporation,Reutersreports. The deal will help in the development of telecommunications network services in Ghana, addsWorldStage.

    The package consists of $82 million in syndicated loans from theExport-Import Bank of China,China Development BankandDeutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft.Barclays,Ecobank,RandMerchantBankandStandardBankwill provide the remaining $33 million loan.
