Units of AEW Capital Management and Quadrangle Development are acquiring the National Press Club building in Washington DC for $167.5 million.
Units ofAEW Capital ManagementandQuadrangle Developmentare acquiring theNational Press Clubbuilding in Washington DC for $167.5 million,GlobeStreports. The property was bought by AEW on behalf of theAEW Core Property Trust(U.S.).
