Europa Buys Dublin Mall For €100M

Private equity fund manager Europa Capital has purchased the Mall of Sofia located in Dublin for over €100 million.

    Private equity fund managerEuropa Capitalhas purchased theMall of Sofialocated in Dublin for over €100 million,Irish Timesreports. The shopping centre was previously owned by property investment firmsAvestus Capital PartnersandGE Real Estate.

    The partners had originally bought the property for €80 million. Avestus will continue to manage the property post its sale.
