Salvatore Ferragamo is seeking to raise around $576.2 million in an initial public offering.

    Salvatore Ferragamois seeking to raise around $576.2 million in an initial public offering,Bloombergreports. The Italian shoe maker intends to sell around 38.3 million shares of the company, equivalent to a 23% stake.

    The Florence-based company, which first considered listing in 2008, will list its shares onBorsa Italiana, addsReuters.Italian banksMediobancaandIntesa Sanpaolo’sBanca IMI, as well asJP Morganare global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the offering.
